Welcome to CareConnect Allied Health. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1.Service Overview

CareConnect provides home-based allied health services including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, myotherapy, podiatry, psychotherapy, and hydrotherapy. All services are delivered by qualified, registered professionals.
Services are provided based on clinical need and professional assessment. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services if we determine they are not clinically appropriate or safe to provide.

2.Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance and confirmed by our team. We make every effort to arrive on time and provide the full duration of service.
Cancellation Policy: We understand that circumstances change. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to practitioner illness, emergency situations, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will provide as much notice as possible.

3.Fees & Payment

Fees are determined based on the service provided and the duration of the appointment. All fees will be communicated clearly before services commence.
Payment is due at the time of service unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance. We accept various payment methods and can provide invoices for private health insurance or NDIS claims where applicable.
Fee schedules are subject to review and may change with appropriate notice.

4.Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:
  • Providing accurate and complete health information
  • Ensuring a safe environment for service delivery
  • Following treatment plans and home exercise programs as prescribed
  • Notifying us of any changes to health status or medications
  • Treating our staff with respect and courtesy

5.Professional Standards

All our practitioners are registered with their respective professional bodies and maintain current professional indemnity insurance. We adhere to all relevant professional codes of conduct and practice standards.
Services are provided in accordance with current evidence-based best practice guidelines and within the scope of practice for each profession.

6.Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with relevant privacy legislation and professional ethical guidelines. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

7.Limitation of Liability

While we take every care to provide safe, effective services, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Healthcare outcomes depend on many factors, some of which are beyond our control.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided, except where limited by law. We maintain appropriate professional indemnity insurance.

8.Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
